I'm 13 years old, 5'4, and weigh 89 pounds. I dance to the radio a lot for about an hour. How many calories do I loose? Also on tuesday my dance dance revolution TV pad is coming. So i'll be doing that alot and was wondering how many calories an hour I loose doing that?

You burned about 245 calories. But your body's just fine, you should worry about gaining calories vs. burning them at your stature.

89 lbs.Are you kidding me?I really hope your not trying to LOSE weight.Dont worry about the calories you burn.Its good cardio and thats all that matters.Exercise is good for you as long as you dont over do it.Also make sure you eating enough,and healthy.

Sweatheart I am sorry to tell you this, but you have a problem. You need to GAIN weight. 5'4" and only 89 lbs? And you want to lose weight?
