hi, i was doing backflips when I landed on my ankle all wrong and i heard it pop. I couldnt walk for a while, but I walked it off and did some errands before I sat down for a while. anyway, after a while it started hurting so bad i couldnt walk on it. the outer side of my ankle is swollen and i've been iceing it and putting it up. any suggestions/concerns?

I know this may sound stupid to some people that wear glasses, but I got my glasses yesterday. I am nearsighted and every time I put them on, I get a headache. Not a really bad one, but I get one. Is this normal? If so, when will it stop? Also, how do I get used to it pushing my ears out and poking my nose?

When a cancer patient undergoes radiation treatments, do they lose their hair? My mom is getting radiation on her hip for bone cancer and we were trying to think if she will lose her hair again or not. The first/last time she had radiation it was on her breast, right after her chemo so she was already bald. Does anyone know if radiation on a lower part of the body causes baldness?

I am 21 years old and weigh approx 160 lbs

The things i am able to with my machine are:

Incline bench press
leg extensions
lag curls
biceps curls
Dumbells
sit ups
push ups

What i need to know is how many of each thing should i be doing and at what weights per week?

the weights have iahve add up to 100 lbs.

I exercise three times a week, alternating between the bike and the treadmill, then doing the thigh machine and ab and love handle machine. I was wondering, if i were to go down to 800-1000 calories, but at the same time eat healthy food, six meals a day, would it be okay or would i get sick. Im not sure of this because people say not to go below 1400 calories but if you really look at it, five servings of fruit and five of vegetables are not that many calories, and one portion of rice chicken and beans is not a lot either. If i eat at portions, i can have six meals a day and still be between 800-1000 calories a day. Would i get sick or would it be okay to do it that way? Thank you all in advance.

OK...so i eat about 1,200 calories a day, but only burn about 600 calories in the gym...do you think i should lower my daily calorie intake or just burn more calories?, because i heard that you have to burn more calories than you take in a day..so what do you think?
