1. she was joking
2. she wants to do it for you
3. she testing to see if your a lier or not cuz 99.9 of guys masturbate
4. her friend likes you and told her to ask
5. or if shes stupid she just wants to know so she can tell her friends hey he masturbates

Careful to who and how you answer that question . You could find yourself on the tail end of some cruel humiliation joke. That was a strange question to ask someone. It's best to keep things like that to yourself.
