Sweetie,no you should not.My suggestion to you is to consult with your obgyn,he needs to be the one to make sure nothing was left behind. That is his/her job,and they are professionals.
If you are sure it was a miscarriage and your doctor isnt in,you may want to go to the emergency room. They can call in your doctor, and properly clean out anything left behind when the miscarriage took place.
As far as the topic of douching. You really should never douche. It causes the bacteria(natural bacteria) in the vagina to get all out of sorts. That can lead to an infection as it throws the balance of natural bacteria off.If you really feel self concious about that, just use warm water and soap.Do not use antibacterial soaps as they do the same thing as douching does(throws off natural bacterial balance).Consult with your obgyn before you do anything. If anything is left behind it can cause infection, they are the only ones who are qualified to do this. Please, consult with your doctor and dont take matters into your own hands.Good luck hun,and have a good night.I am sorry to hear of your loss.

No! If there's a really bad odor (not like period odor) then you should go to the doctor - it could be a sign of a complication.

I had a D&C after my miscarriage, and they told me that if there was a foul smelling odor to call the doctor immediately.

No. Douching, if you have any sort of bacterial infection that is causing the odor, could give you a nasty uterine or bladder infection! Seek professional medical advice (see a doctor)

NO,NO,NO
Your cervix may still be partially open and you would be possibly be flushing bacteria into your uterus. This could set you up for a horrible infection.
You should also not wear tampons.
