How do I find help?

Question

I am cutting myself and I don't know who to tell. I don't know if I should tell a pastor at church or not. No one knows but she askede me and people on my volleyball team are starting to notice. Help anything!

i told someone at my church and she helped me to find help. it was hard to stop and hard to trust someone, but in the end i am glad i did. it has been over a year now since i last cut. good luck to you. telling someone was the hardest part for me.

Tell anyone you would feel comfortable talking to about it probably an adult though. That's awesome that you are trying getting help, good job! That's probably the hardest part, but after you ask, you'll be relieved you did. If you feel comfortable talking with your pastor, thats a great person to talk to, because you know it will be kept confidential and she won't judge you. Hope everything works out for you!!

The most important thing now is to get help. Make a call to the local crisis line; usually, it's an 800 number, or your area may have a local number. They will assist in getting you help, but it's important that you make the call NOW without delay for you need professional help. If all else fails, call 911 or go to the Emergency Room. Talk to your pastor, a friend or ANY1 you feel comfortable discussing it with. This IS serious. I don't how old you are & your exact situation: Good luck. If you ignore it: things will only get worse.

Go to the emergency room of your local hospital. Tell them what is going on. They will get help for you.

a teacher, mom or dad, some adult that u think can help u
