Everyone here is going to tell you to see your counselor.
I'm going to tell you from experience, that cutting yourself, leaves wounds that'll be hard to explain later in life.
I was doing that when I was 17 and I am 26 now and I look at my arm and I ask myself why. I always used to tell myself that it was because I was unhappy and it was usually because I couldn't find anyone in highschool that could find me attractive.
As I got older, I got better looking. I got mad. Getting angry is the key to getting over depression because it demonstrates you care. Once this is done, your anorexia should cease. If you are young, this is just a phase in your life that when you get older you'll look back on with little relevence to your current life. Meaning, when you are 23, what you did @ 16 (or however old you are) won't mean anything.
So do yourself a favor and stop cutting yourself. Whatever it is you are going through, you will get over it. It's not worth the self immolation for. Don't do it for or because of other people.
I know this is a cliche, but happiness comes from within and only yourself can determine your destiny.

Please tell your counselor!
Cutting is definitely not a healthy way to cope with any problems you are having. Especially in eating disorders like anorexia nervosa, individuals engaging in self-harm are having feelings of being out-of-control of their life. Many will turn to their body as a source of control. For this reason, therapists who work with disordered eating are also trained in helping people deal with other kinds of problems. Counselors are generally well-educated in techniques to help you avoid self-harmful behaviors.
You are not alone out there! A counselor is a very helpful person in your support network and will be very understanding. Just be honest about your feelings and tell him/her everything, and you will feel better and be safer!
Good luck, be strong, and be well.

I used to cut also. I suggest you just kept it between God and your doctors maybe some of your family and close friends. The best way if you want them to find out is to let them find out on their own.

Tell someone. That's the only way you can get help for that. Cutting yourself isn't good, so you need to stop.
Good luck.

Tell your therapist about the cutting ASAP. If you're cutting yourself you're on the road to suicide. You need help now.

This one you don't mess around with. You tell your counselor and try to do what they tell you. But if you don't tell or don't try, then you are just looking for attention. It's only up to you.
