I'm 17 years old and my prom dress won't fit anymore. I weight 130 lbs. how can i lose weight and get a toned body in a month. I don't wanna take any pills and wanna do this naturally.

Go on an Atkins diet by not eating an form of carb such as bread, pasta, or potatoes. You can eat salads, meats, cheese, eggs, fruits, just not carbs! That way you are not gaining weight, it stays the same. But you would have to exercise at least three times or even more a week for a couple hours a day to lose any weight. Do plenty of sit-ups. You want to exercise the portion of your body where the dress is really tight on you. Exercise to the point where you feel the burn. You NEED to feel that burn if you want to fit. Work the lower torso area and the upper thighs where a lady's width is is usually prominent. Good luck!

Thats good that you want to do it naturally!!! Especially for someone your age that's so mature. The best thing you can do for yourself is eat about 5 small meals per day consisting of about 15-20 grams of quality protein, 40 grams of complex carbohydrates such as whole grain pastas, rice or wheat bread, and very low fat; like under 8 grams per meal. Make sure your fats are non hydrogenated. So each meal will be about 300 calories. Remember not all calories are created equal, with this plan you will not feel hungry if you eat every 3 hours.

Next about toning your body, use resistance excersizes, and minimal cardio. Regardless of what popular media may tell you cardio does not tone you up. It will take as much protein away from your body as fat, therefore can actually slow down your metabolism. Increase your muscle mass, and increase your body's fat burning ability by doing excersizes like lunges, squats, etc. You can find sample excersizes at http://www.spartafit.com/exercise/exercise.html. Good luck, and remember you can realistically expect to loose about 8 lbs in one month, the healthy way:)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
