im quite skinny size 8 but i want to tone my belly thighs and bum so there nice and tight does anyone know whats the best machines to use im going up to the gym tonight for an induction but i want it to work fast.

i have a friend who's always carring a tooth brush around and i herd her say that the drug she was useing made her do it and that it was the best stuff on earth .i'm worried it's meth and i just don't know what to look for as side efects go.on that note should i just stop being friends if it is meth . anyone that can help please answer.thanks

this past week i have noticed that my ankles are swelling, my socks and cutting in because they r so tight, and my boots that go above my ankle which normally arent tight have been. i was just wondering on what might be causing this. i took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative, and i just got done with my cycle on the 26 so i am almost positive that i am not pregnant. does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this to happen.

I've been having sharp to moderate pains right below my chest on my left side every time I breathe, the deeper the breath, the sharper the pain. Sometimes they start even without breathing. They started about a month and a half ago, but slowed down and I only got them once and a while, until yesterday. They come and go with intensity, but are almost constant with pain.

OK, my skin is doing poorly with this hard water lime stuff. And my scalp.
So, can I shower with hard water, and then rinse off with a coupleof (expensive) gallons of distilled water?

My girlfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. We were apart for about month until a week and half ago because of relationship communication problems ect. So no sex for a month and then just 3 days later after making up and having sex all weekend I start noticing a redness on the base of my penis. I also did the oral thing during sex as well that weekend and noticed about the same time with my penis redness my beard/go-tee area started breaking out with little blisters probably 20-30 or more. So 3 days after sex all these crazy things started. Could symtpoms have started that fast if it were herpes? I have been under stress do to the relationship problems we had previously and my immunity may have been down too. I have never seen anything on her when I was down there. I am also affraid possibly she may not have been faithful during our time apart and could have contracted it and givin it to me. She not that type of person although an ex boyfriend she claims is a loser and would never go back to did show up when she started backing away a month ago. If that did happen could she have past it to me and I got it that fast within days litterlally? I don't like thinking like that and it's probably not the truth anyway. She also went on her cycle a week later (now Actually). Could that cause things to happen as well. I am going to a family doctor on Wed. and hopefullly I will get some answers.

If this is an STD how do I break the news.?

Why did this STD (if it is one) explode out of no where and right after we had sex after being with her for a year and a half. Something just doesn't sound right here or is it just me?

Is it just a coincidence or what especially after being apart for a month or am I just being paranoid?

I AM ON LEXAPRO AND I HAVE SINUS PAIN. I WAS WONDERING WHAT I CAN TAKE OVER THE COUNTER TO HELP WITH THE SINUS STUFF. DR PUT ME ON AVELOX ANITBIOTIC BUT I HAD SIDE EFFECTS AND STOPPED TAKING IT. I had an ovarian cyst in july of 2006. My boyfriend think I have 1 again. But I dont want to go get it checked out. He keeps telling me to but I dont want to. I'm in my early 30's and I still have a baby canine. It's solid, but recently I crowned the two teeth below it and the baby tooth has pushed out little (to meet the lower teeth) and now the dentin is showing and it's a bit sensitive (hot and cold) it doesn't hurt. I'm thinking of getting it pulled and replaced with an implant. (x-rays show no other tooth under it)

We have just been taught this funny game at school, first you breath really hard while sitting down, then you hold your breath and choke yourself, when you stand up things go all blurry and you fall over.

I went out for a few seconds my friends said, I hit my head pretty bad on the ground, I felt a bit groggy for a while, you know, like drunk, when I got home I noticed blood in my eye. My sister says as long as it doesnt get bigger its OK.

The sore neck started yesterday morning, fever started yesterday afternoon. Is it ok to wait until 6:00pm tonight to see a doctor? That is where outpatients is. The only other option is to go to the emergency room and wait for hours probably.

my period is now at 44 days, and normally starts around the 32-36 day. i've NEVER had a regular period, but its never went to 44 days since my last period. I took a test which came back negative...what are some factors that could cause this?

* i am on some new meds, and i havent taken them for about 5 days b/c I thought they may be causing it to be late *
