some people call it a frump... frontal lump , i ve heard " front butt" too because some women have a line that goes up it
but i have news thats not usually a fat woman that has that , thats an obese woman one who was obese or one who was & had lost weight.
they say over 15 lbs your estimated weight is obese.

There are many reasons why this can happen and one of them involves child birth.
