I am having a problem. I can see, but not far away like doctors say "most people should". I was thinking about getting contacts, like the Avue etc., but I don't know if we have to have been wearing glasses before getting them. Does anyone know?

hey guys,
i'm just wondering have any of you seen a family member almost die and that made you relieze hey life is short and i wanna life as long as i can?? if so please share with me becuase you see i saw my mom on a venulator here back and it made me quit smoking...(my mom is off the venulator now and doing a lot better)....but please tell me what you did after seing a family member or a friend close to death and what bad habit it made you quit...

I recently got hit by a baseball in my right cheek. A HUGE lump grew on my face, protruding about an inch. The lump went away quickly and the next day I had some brusing and swelling on my face. It's been about a week, the discoloration is going away (my face is sort of yellow), the swelling has gone down and my face looks normal. HOWEVER, where that lump grew originally, I can still feel the lump. It moves a bit, but doesn't really hurt. It's not really noticeable, but when I touch it, there is a bump. I don't think I fractured any bone and I don't know if I should go to the doctor. What causes this and since most of the bruising and swelling has gone away, should I let that bump heal? I'm a 22 yr-old female.

I separated my shoulder (not dislocated) on Aug. 4th 2006. Though ive seen some progress in my healing, im still injuried. I am a shot put thrower, and injurying my throwing arm obvouisly put a solid halt on my career. Has anyone with this injury experianced such a delay in healing? Its been so long and i feel that i couldnt of had a slight separation, grade 1 or 2, if ive still been experiance painful motions this long. Its been about 7 months.

I had a root canal done on a tooth almost 4 yrs ago now. My question is why is it still bothering me. It hurts when i push on it, also when I get my teeth cleaned and they kind of tap it it hurts, I can feel the nerve. My good teeth don't do this, also it's loose. oh my gosh!! when i get pms it is soooooo bad! one second i'm p!ssed off, the next im crying, and the next im really really happy, i tell off my friends, yell for no good reason, and i even lost a bf because he had had enough of me acting like that. i dont have peyronie's disease, but i dont want to see a doctor...
