oh my gosh!! when i get pms it is soooooo bad! one second i'm p!ssed off, the next im crying, and the next im really really happy, i tell off my friends, yell for no good reason, and i even lost a bf because he had had enough of me acting like that. Does anyone know of any ways to keep my pms somewhat under control?

Sure. This is most often caused by hormonal imbalance - specifically low progesterone. You can help your progesterone production by eating a LOT of organic yams or you can use a good Yam Cream. Here's a link to the product I use:

i know they make medication for this. look in the vitamin section of the grocery store or pharmacy. i was at the grocery store in the natural food section awhile back, and i saw tea thats supposed to help with pms. definetly check that out. i am pretty sure they make like vitamins and medication and help with pms. if this doenst help, you could try going to the doctor.

Funky sounding, but it works for me, whenever I feel emotions getting the best of me, I relax, breath and think about the situation for 10 seconds. Relaxing and thinking about the situation for a few seconds can help you think more clearly about what's going on.

You could try using different types of birth control pills. Figure out which one works best for you. This may help to balance out your hormone levels.

When I kicked my sugar addiction, my pms mellowed right out. It took a long time, though, to stabilize, almost a year. And that year wasn't fun. However, it WILL tell you if you're addicted!
