It will go away more if you sleep more. Let me guess, you listen to the radio all night or tv all night and your body dosen't reach full sleep. Sleep is the only way you will be rewarded for exercising.

Yes, you're overweight, unless you are 6 ft. tall. If you are too lazy to work out, diet and lose weight, because you want to look better, no one can help you. The desire has to come from within. It's harder for some people, but you have to make up your mind that you want to do it and then stick to it. No one can do it for you/

Yes definitely try to start living a healthier lifestyle, but at your age you don't really need to worry about being too "overweight". Most guys that are a little..chunkier..at that age end up growing tall and muscular, so don't worry too much right now.

Ok ... for one don't bring your confidence down.. stick to a schedule (eat a fruit a day) eat small portions or if eating big portion eat with chop sticks to slow down your eating pace. Slowing down your eating pace makes you less hungry... and excirse... when going out to eat shopping park really far for some extra walk. And join a sport, dont be lazy. It'll bite you in the butt later.

My son is ten, 120 lbs. We cut out pop and switched to tea, and he lost 7 lbs already. Pop is so bad when it comes to weight and kids.
