Contrary to popular belief, stomach ulcers are caused by H.pylori bacteria or NSAIDs, not by stress, alcohol or spicy foods.

back in october i went to the doc coz my wrist was swollen, it hurt like hell and I couldnt move it. He prescribed me NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs). I took them for about a week, two/three times a day.

At the end of november my stomach started to hurt everytime I ate. I would have two bites and felt full. I wasn't eating anything that I wasn't use to.

How can I tell (without blood test or any kind of test) if the ulcer was caused by the H.pylori bacteria or by the NSAIDs i was prescribed for my wrist?

that u went with a man, and all came negative, u dont have to do it again dont u? at least thats what the doctor of my gu clinic said. he said i dont have nothing and that he doesnt have to do the test again. i'm from malta by the way.

I'm sick.When I woke up at noon, I went to the bathroom. While I was washing my hands, everything started getting dark. I felt like I was gonna black out. Something similar had happened when I was sick a year or two ago. And that time when I splashed water on my face I was fine. So I tried my hardest to finish washing my hands without falling over. And I did. Then I splashed cold water on my face. I still couldn't see too well. Somehow I managed to grab a towel, and then I started trying to find my way back to my room, which is right across from the bathroom. Like the doors are about two steps away from each other. At this point I was still seeing everything dark, and I couldn't make anything out. I remember running into a buncha stuff, and that hurt. I made it to my bed, and closed my eyes. When I opened them a few seconds later I could see fine. I realized I had knocked over my guitar case, and dropped the towel. I took IBprofen and now I'm icing my forehead. Will I be OK?

So I had a wisdom tooth removed today, straightforward and easy. As I took the gauze packing out (after 1/2 hour), the clot came out with it. Will it re-clot if I leave it alone or is this a pre-cursor now to dry socket?

both my kids, 3 years old were sick the last 5 days complaining of stomach aches, and both had high fever and diarhea. We checked the Jars Wednesday, and we had 2 with the numbers 2111. Shouldn't Peter Pan pay for my doctor bills? They eat Peter Pan Peanut Butter almost every day, until now. Now I have to spend my money to mail the caps to them so I can get a refund? I have always experienced strong headaches, (im 21) because of my migraine...
! week ago a 4x4 wood stick hit me on my head, (you can imagine how hard it was) I had tobe home for 2 days without doing major moves because i had a big bump!! my head was in pain, i went to the doctor and he gave me pills to make the swallen go down and to make my dizzyness go away...
now i got a col, and my head is on pain really bad again, would it be because of the cold?? or my head is going to keep on hurting that bad because of the "accident"??
It hurts and im still feeling so dizzy!!! or you think my headache and dizzyness wil go away with the cold i just got?

I am just a shy away from being 40 ys. old. and I have decided to get breast implants. I have two grown children and I am not having any more children. I am a 32 A and I am having a hard time deciding what size of breast I want. I am 5'6, I weigh 120lbs. and you need to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight.
if you do this then whats the difference between doing this or not eating and exercising??
if you say its because the body still gets nutrition, well doesnt nutrition have calories too. so you burn the nutrious parts away too. Right???

I get bad anxiety attacks. They can be over little things and my body shakes, I get nauses, even a little scared. Its worse when Im anticipating something and its taking longer than expected, the anxiety builds up. How can I relax myself at these times? I used to get panic attacks but I learned how to make them subside, now Im dealing with this.

I take a spin class daily at 4:30 which is typically 3-4 hours after my lunch (usually turkey on wheat bread with mustard, apple, and some hi protein trail mix). What would you suggest to do in this scenario..You just found out that your teenager has chlamydia even though you have been through the "talks" and have given as much information, warnings,etc..about STD's to this child beforehand. The first instinct is great anger! But there has to be a better way to deal.
