I have always experienced strong headaches, (im 21) because of my migraine...
! week ago a 4x4 wood stick hit me on my head, (you can imagine how hard it was) I had tobe home for 2 days without doing major moves because i had a big bump!! my head was in pain, i went to the doctor and he gave me pills to make the swallen go down and to make my dizzyness go away...
now i got a col, and my head is on pain really bad again, would it be because of the cold?? or my head is going to keep on hurting that bad because of the "accident"??
It hurts and im still feeling so dizzy!!! or you think my headache and dizzyness wil go away with the cold i just got?

I had a very similar experience. The bad headaches are most likely due to the concussion. A cold does not typically cause headaches. Call your Dr. back asap!!!

first of all there are different factors to consider here. migraine really has no predisposing factors medically just chemicals in your brain that triggers it. but stating that you had an accident maybe you should ask for an MRI to see if you epidural or subdural is not swollen thus making your head hurts. so better make an appointment with you doctor and ask for further diagnosis. bcoz if the pain does not go away with meds surely something is wrong. get well soon. good luck!

I really don't think that you are going to have lasting damage from the "accident". If your doctor thought that long term affects could be possible, he or she would have explained that to you during your visit. I'm sure you still have some pain from the injury, however since you have a cold, it seems more like a combination of both. If you are still having pain after a couple of weeks, you should really contact your doctor for a follow up.

All I can say is go see a doctor. Maybe, maybe not. It all depends on too much to answer this sort of question online.
