when you cross your legs you are cutting of circulation so no there is no way to stop it from happening but to wake them up put your leg above your heart and blood will pump up it making it wake up

When you cross your legs, you are either cutting off the circulation or pinching a nerve somehow. It's always best to cross you legs at the ankles, only, if you cross them at all. It's best though not to cross them.

That is what happens when you cut off your circulation. You could also end up with spider veins if you keep crossing your legs too much.Try to just cross your ankles when you sit. :-)

You are cutting off circulation or indeed pinching a nerve. The only way to remedy this would be to avoid crossing your legs.
Take care.

even though it seems comfortable, it impedes your circulation, can cause varicose veins later on..
