I have a wisdom tooth that needs to come out, unfortunately for me the needles the dentist give you to numb the area while a tooth extraction is taking place DONT WORK. I have never been in so much pain when having a previous moler out, and this has put me off my dentist, i warned him it wouldnt work but he carried on regardless. I would rather not go back to my dentist if possible, i would much rather see my gp. any thoughts??

My partner and I are trying to have sex for the first time and it was unsuccessful as I find it an extremely painful experience. So I suggested he use a finger first. Even that was slightly painful but we did managed to get it in with some muscle controlling down there. Now a finger can get in quite smoothly and we'll proceed with more fingers gradually and eventually, his member. Although we're satisfied with the progress, I wonder if it is common for sex to be successful the first time?

I noticed it a couple days ago. Its mildly tender but not painful at all, and very smooth, kindof feels like its attached to the skin somehow too. Of course Im worried its a cancerous tumor, but Im also a hypochondriac...I havent found much online to explain this. Its on my lower jawline, as I said. I have a really tiny one next toit too, but I cant feel that one from both inside and outside my mouth. The big one I can feel with my tongue and and with my fingers from the outside of my skin. :( I know I should see a Dr. but I was wondering if maybe you all had any ideas? TIA.

This might be a weird question. The reason I'm asking is because my wife seems to have an unusually low tolerance for pain or discomfort. It seems like the slightest little thing is too much for her to bear.

For example, if I bump my shin on the coffee table, I might yell and then rub it for a few minutes. But if she bumps her shin, she cries and then she's completely incapacitated for a long time.

It seems like any little ache or pain makes her unable to move. It's difficult for me to always be sympathetic because I never know how much pain she's really in.

It seems like there's always something wrong. One day it's her head, the next day it's her stomach, the next day it's her shoulders.. it seems to never end..

the other day she wasn't feeling well (like always) so she went to sleep on the couch without doing anything to take care of the baby.. I took care of all his needs, but I thought it seemed a little odd that she would just lie down and leave him like that..

I generally have good skin, but recently, I've been quite stressed and I've been breaking out! Not my entire face or anything like that but a few red and noticeable spots. Can anyone recommend either a good natural or shop-bought remedy that actually works? I've bought a few different 'spot sticks' like clearasil, witch, etc which don't actually help.

The waiting list for counselling via my GP is very long, and I don't think I can wait that long. Private counselling isn't an option - is there any charities that might be able to help me? The problems all stem from sexual abuse/rape 8 years ago.

example: ill be relaxed, and then something will spark a thought process. if it leads to something intense like a fight or exciting activity it feels like i get a SHOT of adreniline straight to my heart. its like an immediate rush, going from a 0 (being relaxed) straight to a 10(complete rush). it only lasts a fraction of a second, then its gone. my heart also has a tendency to beat EXTREMEMLY fast and hard during exciting movies or while playing poker at the casino. is this normal?? i dont have health insureance, so dont just say go to the doctor. give me some real answers.
