I am on my period right now and am always craving salty foodsand sometimes crave something sweet so I end up eating junk food I am on a diet to lose weight are there any heathly foods I can that can make me full and taste good? I have a very big appetie

If you are craving salty foods, eat pretzels they are healthier than McDonalds French Fries, and with sweets try some Peaches they are sweet and healthier than ice cream and candy. When you are on your period it is hard to stick to a diet but just think of something that is maybe not totally healthly but better than other foods. another than is Peanuts are salty and they are not as bad as the fries also.
