women of child-bearing age usually don't have ischemic heart disease. the estrogen is supposed to protect them. most probably your pain is related to your spine, the area between the shoulder blades has a trigger point, which then radiates to the front.usual cause is anxiety

It could be, and you should get it checked, but as you have mentioned a bowel problem, it is very likely connected. Usually I suffer chest pains if I am constipated. If you don't open your bowels every day you should eat more fiber, or take senna , fybogel or movicol, to keep things moving. I'm sure that will make a difference to the chest pain.

Sometimes a condition called heartburn is the cause. It is the gastric juices from the stomach that backflows into the upper intestinal area causing a burning sensation in the heart area. I'd try some off the counter antacids first.

pain in the chest, i have no clue what you have. it can be lots of stuff.
it can be the heart, it can be the lungs, or just muscle spasms, your back.
but i can really tell you one thing: go and see a doctor very soon, cause you do not want to waste time with a desease that can be treated and not treat it for a long time. go to the doc now, it can safe you a lot of hassle in the longrun.
good luck

Well, certainly no one here could even come close to telling you that. You have to see a doctor. I'm surprised that AS a mother....that you haven't been to a doctor already. Don't you want to find out what it is so it can be treated, so that your son has a mother when he's 10?

If u have no other symptoms along with that. Sounds like Acid reflux. It makes u feel as if u are having a heart attack. Try something for gas.
