there are too many factors to get an accurate answer. For starters, it depends on if you are looking for group or individual coverage? The state that you live in is another major factor. In the area I live in, Blue Cross does offer pretty good coverage as well as United healthcare. Individual policies are not that affordable tho...

we have blue cross blue shield PPO & i Love it.. we have low copays and very easy to find a dr who accepts our insurance.. in fact some drs will say they don't have room for new patients or can't see us today but as soon as we mention blue cross blue shield they miraculesly have room for us to come in right away
