i need to get a total of 4 crowns. My dentist printed out a treatment plan for me in great detail for every tooth and what that tooth needs. On 1 tooth for example it was Crown-porc fuse high noble (p), Seat crown, Prefab post & core in add to crm. What does that mean? I dont understand what a cronw - porc fuse high noble means? What are different types of crowns? Why cant i get a stainless steel crown? My sister is almost 20 and has a stainless steel crown.

Hey,

Whenever I haven't had a lot of sleep, say 2-3 hours, the next day my mouth feels really dry & I'm constantly thirsty.

Does anyone know why lack of sleep causes this to happen? x

Every now and then I start yawning again and again, and I can't stop. I feel like I need more oxygen to stop yawning, so I breath much faster than usual. Sometimes when I'm breathing faster I feel like I'm getting enough air, and sometimes I don't.

I'm yawning like once or twice a minute. BTW I'm 18

recently ive started self harming myself this is the first anyone knows, I want help on what i can do to stop, at the minute im stressed with exams and a whole bunch of other stuff like the fact I try my best with people I like both friends and ppl I like more than friends but I always end up getting hurt in the end, no one is ever going to like me back and i cant take it anymore. I cant sleep at all ive had about 4 hours sleep in the past few days and im from the UK and right now its the middle of the night, anyone got any advice?

about 3 days ago i think like a piece of mascara or something feels like it got stuck in my upper lid,at least it feels like it.but i cant get it out and bothers me once in a while.it kept on itching and itching and i made it a tiny bit swollen then it went away,but at the same time you know how when you wake up in the morning you have sleepy **** in the corner of your eyes yeah well white **** keeps forming like every couple of hours,and when i wake up in the morning my eye is kinda watery i dont know what to do can you help? thankss <3

My boyfriend has never done any drugs except he's a regular smoker-not chain smoker. The past 6 months I've noticed some things that have gotten me suspicious about him using cocaine. He's hanging out w/ a new crowd of people (that i think do cocaine). He's been increasing the amount of money he's spending (he tells me he bought weed ...which is believeable, he use to live with a guy who smoked a lot of weed, and got him turned on to it, plus he spends a lot on alcohol). A few months ago i found some cut up straws and a empty pen lying around his place (he claims he was just playing around and was cutting stuff up). He constanly has a stuffy nose/cold (which can be explained by his drafy room, i get a stuffy nose everytime i stay there he has bad allergies). a few weeks ago i found another straw. I snooped threw his search results and saw he searched for how to chop c and how to soften a crystal ... he's denied that he's doing it. what do u think?

Which elliptical would be best? I'd like to be able to watch tv while I'm working out...that way i'd like to work out..so we'd need to be able to move the elliptical around. Would we NEED one with wheels? I'm mostly trying to tone up my thighs and my stomach...I'm not trying to lose weight (I don't need to lose any) just to tone up muscles. Which one do you think would work best?
