I care for you as a fellow person, so yes I guess this is a level of love.
Whatever it is that is making you sad, just remember that things change. Things will not always remain as they are right now.
There are moments in everybody's life where things make them sad. It is important to accept this. This is a process a person must go through to achieve fulfillment.

I don't love you i'm sorry but i don't know you but i'm sure there are many people around you that love you, you just don't notice it. We all feel sad at some time. Cheer up life will improve that is one thing i am certain of.
