You weigh less than I do and we're the same height, and people call me skinny. You don't need to lose any weight. Excercising to turn fat into muscle is what you want to do (but remember that muscle actually weighs more than fat, you'll look slimmer, but weigh the same or possibly even more.)

It depends upon many elements, adding your peak, how healthful you're (should you activity and take a look at to consume correct, prevent medicines, and many others.). Try to not obsess over the numbers at the scale, and fear extra approximately consuming recent meals and slicing out processed meals, getting sufficient activity whether or not it is via sporting events, a every day stroll/jog, or yoga, and many others. Taking well care of your self makes you believe even higher, and I believe too many men and women are obsessive about what the size says, or how so much a few superstar weighs, which is extremely improper! Your healthcare professional too can let you know if you're at a healthful weight in your peak and frame variety.
