When I'm on the computer or reading in a chair or watching TV or something, I thought of a new exercise strategy. I bounce my legs up and down, kind of like a run-in-place sort of thing, and it makes me feel more energetic. Then, when I get tired, I just keep my feet glued to the floor and move my legs from side to side. I know this sounds funny, but I think it might be a way to burn calories (probably not very many, but whatever). Just wondering if anyone ever does it or has any suggestions like it.
P.S. I AM NOT CRAZY!!! I don't do this as a nervous habit or anything, I'm just started doing it recently because I thought it might be a good form of exercise.
