Go to the Kraft foods website, under the healthy living tab. Sign up for free and you will receive new weekly meal plans. Good luck.

Meal plans will vary depending on what type of plan you are on and at what stage. If you have been doing this a while, you can download acceptable foods with counts and plan your own. If you are looking for something that is a stage 1 or induction, you may want to try the Atkins site.

I lost 90lbs doing this and what I did was look at the list of acceptable foods, their carb count, how many carbs I was allowed per day (I used a counting plan) and planned meals that I enjoyed. I have found that with a meal plan online, they are not made for people on the go or those who don't have tons of time to cook.

You'd want to hire someone for that probably. There are planners out there, but they don't always take your tastes or particular situation into account. The biggest thing is to get the carbs in earlier in the day - you don't have to cut them completely. The "better" carbs are grains like fresh bread, rice, etc. Throw all the cookies, chips (only in moderation if at all), granola bars, etc. away. So be creative with meats - meals with fish or chicken with minimal servings of rice, sandwiches, salads, etc.

Buy the south beach diet book. It provides meal plans for the first two weeks (Phase 1), and then two weeks of meal plans for phase 2 which can last longer then 2 weeks, and two weeks of phase 3.
If you join the web site (which costs about $6/week), you can get meal plans for the rest of your life!
