When do I start counting the 28 days??? Do I start it at the end of my last period or the day that I got my last period? So if I got my period December 5 and the last day was December 10 when do I start counting the 28 days??? On December 5 or 10??? Thank you!

Cycle day one is the first day of your period. So you would start counting from December 5.
