Ever since I started working in a restaurant I have started to forget to eat. last night while working I realized that I had only had a slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal in the past two days. This happens ALOT and during school I rarely eat lunch. Is this bad for me?

Hell no, it's not bad. Your body will tell you when it needs food. What it won't tell you is when you're eating too much.

It is bad for you. You have to make a conscience effort to eat. You need nutrion for your body and brain to work properly. You are probably stressed out and don't think about eating. The problem is you need to nourish your body better when you are under stress. So make sure right when you wake up whether you are hungry or not, you eat. Also take a break to eat lunch during the day. And have dinner too. Even if you are not hungry you need these meals.

Yes. I'm in school and do the same thing. If I do not eat, I get cranky, tired, and just feel like crap. When I eat, I do better in school and feel very good throughout the day. Skipping a meal or two isn't bad, but you do need to try to eat regularly.

Try to make it a habit of eating. Bring a lunch and take a break and give your body time to relax.

Yes, it's bad for you, whether you're on a diet or not. Your blood sugar levels will fluctuate too much. You just need to try and at least eat little nutritious snacks throughout the day, if you can't stop long enough for a meal.

properly, it relies upon on how long it takes so which you will gain it. for occasion... in case you get fairly caught up in doing something and comprehend you will possibly desire to have ate something an hour or 2 in the past, it fairly is wide-spread. yet an occasion of something not wide-spread: i used to be an anorexic... one time I went 3 days with out eating, and that i heavily did not comprehend how long it were. generally because of the fact I were eating so little that as quickly as I ate i theory it became a lot and theory that i did not might desire to consume lower back. of direction, that became a low factor for me. purely attempt to pay extra interest and shop little healthful snacks with you, like string cheese or something once you be attentive to you will maximum in all probability get wrapped up in something. do not might desire to make your self vulnerable or something. =]

Not really..Americans eat way too much anyway...BUT it's the types of foods that u r eating which will cause concern. Eat healthy whole grain foods, not the pizza. Fruits & veggies in juices is fine too..your body truly tells you when you need to eat & listen to it when it does!!

Its very bad but also very common. Buy some "Ensure" or some other nutrition drink and carry one with you. You have to feed the machine. Personally speaking, I used to get sick of looking at food when I was serving it, but you really have to take care of yourself.

yes you're not getting any vitamins or nutrition and if you're in school you're still growing so you need your calcium and vitamins.

also, you're likely to put weight on very quickly if you start eating again after a long period of not eating enough, so be careful
