Eat 900 to 1300 cals/day (your body will adapt). Eat five times per day. Eat baked, skinless chicken breast or baked tilapia. Eat broccoli. Eat Fiber-One cereal every day with low fat milk. Workout every other day for about one hour. Drink plenty of water. Go dancing every weekend and stay on the floor as long as possible. Snack on low cal items every couple of hours. You will lose weight the healthy way versus killing your auto-immune system and getting sick. I hope this helps.

South Beach Diet. I had a cousin who was 150 pounds overweight. In two months she lost 30 pounds.
I was about 25 pounds overweight, and because of her success I tried it too. I lost 15 pounds in 2 months, and another 10 in the next 6 months.
I don't know if that qualifies as fast, but it's really healthy!
I have also kept it off for 2 1/2 years so far!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
