I am having really down moods that I just can't shake, unlike bad moods before the sweats and flashes. I have friends that do the hormone replacement therapy, but they have had hysterectamy. I still have everything. I don't want to increase risk of certain cancers but I this mood is not quality lilfe either.

I'm getting one pulled tomorrow. I'm not getting any gas, just the needle in your gum thing.
What do they use to pull the tooth out?
How long does it take?
Does the person who cleans your teeth do it or the acctually doctor. Because my dentist is scary.

And my tooth has a filling and cavity and another tooth growing under it. The spot where my tooth is my gum bleeds alot, will my it bleed alot when it gets pulled out???

a family member was airvacced to a hospital to another state appoximately 3 hrs away and now has no ride home. What can one do to get your loved one back hom when you have no transportation to pick them up or any other means to get them back. help.

hi i have been having arm pain like sharp sore or numbness burning and stabbing pains in hearty area also like pressure in my heart region i have had ekgs blood test and chest xrays i do suffer from anxiety could this be gas i also was diagnosed with gerd worse with stress also tight throat nausea.Thanks.

Two days ago I noticed everytime I look to the right my left eye has a shooting pain in it that I can feel in my forehead. The night before I slept on my stomach (something I rarely do), could I have put too much pressure on my eye? It is also time for finals, so could it be stress? or could it be something serious? Yesterday morning I injured my finger with a basketball. I put ice on it, but the swelling kept getting worse. It's the middle finger on my left hand, I can type, but I can't do much else as I'm lefty. Anyway, the joint and all surrounding area has turned into a dark purple/blackish color. I THINK I'm getting an X-Ray tomorrow, not sure how my mom's dealing with this. I'm thinking I need one soon...the top half of my finger, above the injury, is deathly white, the bottom, where it's not purple, is red. I can move it up and down, but only from the knuckle. Besides that I can't do anything.

What I really want to know is, how can I distinguish between a fracture and a sprain? Also, since the incident, I've been getting sharp headaches in the area behind my ear. Could this have some relation, or is it all psychosomatic?

my ggt (I think that's the right abreviation) and ast? liver enzymes are in the 200's. I've had evlevated enzymes for a while. Dr. doesn't want to do biopsy yet until other things are tried. Any one else with chronicly elevated enzymes? long term effects of them?
