I have a skinny stomach, my arms are ripped and so are my legs so to go along with that id like a ripped stomach. what are some excercises and dont say situps cauz ive done them every single day and they dont help that much as to getting lots of definition, so i need to know what are some excercises i can do at home without any machines that can help me get a defined stomach fairly fast? thankssss

I have Gentials warts, i left them a while as i didnt know what they were, no i have a cluster around the anus, i've seeked medical help - but does anyone know of anything else i can do to help them go away, also any advice from anyone who's had them single or in a relationship and how they get on with there sex life.

I am really stressed out with school and work and everything else. My boyfriend and I were fighting because of it and I hate fighting with him, no matter what it still hurts me. I am also pmsing and we always have fights around that time of the month, sometimes his fault but mostly mine and I do feel horrible. Does anyone have any tips to feel less stress and to be a better girlfriend, especially when I am pmsing? How many other women fight with their loved ones when they are pmsing? I hate making us fight, even though we have only had 3 very minor fights, fighting with him hurts me no matter what. Please help? Thank you

Ok, I am a virgin, I've never had sexual intercourse. I've done many other things, but the thing is (except for kissing), I always end up feeling extremely guilty afterwards. I think that if I do go through with it and have sex, I would feel very depressed about it after. Not about losing it, but, feeling ashamed. Even if it were with someone who I care about and vice versa. I have never brought this up to anybody, and I don't know if this is a serious thing and I need to see a therapist? Has anyone else had a problem similar to this? (I am 20, and have never been sexually abused.)

i ran into this guy about 9 months ago and we hit it off.i was still bitter about catching my ex of a few years cheating(they r mutual freinds)he listend and understood,he drove me hom ethat night and i invited him to stay, i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept he was such a gentlamn,things were awkward when he left the next morning,a mutual freind told me he liked me but was freaked about my ex(who still wants me back)i saw this guy again 2 months later and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there and upset that we liked eachother.i sent him a text a couple weeks later and he never replied.i saw him again at a party a couple weeks ago(6 month later)he walked in and saw me and looked away.I will be seeing him at a funeral this week.

I had been on methotraxe and then predisone. I moved and now the new Dr. states I have High Immune System. I have developed a rash on my back, scalp, legs, toes and elbows and its more like sores. I have tried so many treatments and thrown money away otc. Could this be Psorasis??? Itches terribly and especially at night. Ccan anyone give me some home remedies or a good salve to try? I am lost!!!!!!
