I have heard that certain cheeses contain less, or even no lactose at all, than other cheeses.

Is this true?

If so, what cheeses? What are the amounts?

Please provide a link if possible.

Check out this web page. It describes some issues about lactose, and identifies the lactose amounts in several foods.

Another suggestion is to go to the Dogpile search engine (www.dogpile.com) and type cheese and lactose. You will get many references.
