I had been on methotraxe and then predisone. I moved and now the new Dr. states I have High Immune System. I have developed a rash on my back, scalp, legs, toes and elbows and its more like sores. I have tried so many treatments and thrown money away otc. Could this be Psorasis??? Itches terribly and especially at night. Ccan anyone give me some home remedies or a good salve to try? I am lost!!!!!!

First Methotrexate is used to treat Psoriasis (as well as many types of cancers-->not saying you have any), it also has an immunosupressive response, meaning that is lowers your immune system. The itching is one of the many side effects that methotrexate has..it also can have some serious side effects as well...try topical benadryl for the itching at night.
