bad....it's murdering a human being, although the human hasn't been born, it is alive because it's long journey begins at conception, it should be a crime. if you have an abortion, then you just have to think, your mother decided to have you didn't she? who are you to play god,and decide if this baby lives?


i'm 14 and the only thing i want to do is to be a mother and anyone who throws away that chance is an idiot...i don't even know how many babies i will have but i know, no matter the situations, i will love and keep my baby....even if i get pregnant now, my dad already said that if i get pregnant he will pay till the baby is born and then after that i'm on my own. and i'd still keep the baby. BECAUSE I CHERISH LIFE AS A BEAUTIFUL THING.

NO NO NO! A life is a life. Taking the life of an innocent child is horrible. How could someone kill a baby? What if you never had the chance to live a life? I do not honor an abortion at all. If you are raped, molested, etc. You should still have the baby. If you honestly do not want it due to being raped, etc, then let a mother and father that can't have kids adopt it. There are mothers and fathers out there in this world that are hurting because they cant have their own children. Let them be the parent, but abortion is not an answer. A life is a life, a heartbeat is a heartbeat. Would you, an innocent person, want to die without a cause? Surely not. Well neither does an innocent child. Thats my oopinion. Besides you can not enter the kingdom of heaven after you have murdered a soul. Who wants to live in hell mentally, physically, and emotionally? Not I. No one else with a heart should want to either.

That's a tough topic. How I feel about depends on the situation. It can sometimes be good, but more often than not, it's bad. If you cannot properly care for a child then it may be a good option, although adoption is always an option in most cases. However, if some careless and irresponsible person gets pregnant and then decides that they just don't want to have a kid and decide to have an abortion, then it's bad. It all really depends on the situation. I did a paper on about a month ago. I believe i said i was for it, but only if a person could not properly care for a child, because it could help lower the number of children that are abandoned everyday or are abused everyday because they are unwanted, it helps to keep the number of children that are in orphanages or rotated from foster home to foster home, and it also keeps from adding to the number of children that do not have families to love and care for them like they deserve. I don't know if that will help, but good luck!

I'm a little on the fence about abortion, however I am more "for" it than "against" it. I believe someone who has become pregnant from rape and wants an abortion should not be scrutinized for it. She did not ask for this to happen to her and I don't believe she should be forced to carry that child. I also believe that if someone has taken the necessary precautions (birth control) against pregnancy and somehow becomes pregnant, then they are entitled to have an abortion if they are not ready for a child or cannot provide for that child properly. It is ridiculous to say that someone should abstain from sex. It is unrealistic because it's just human nature. Only a small percentage decide to abstain. However, if someone is gonna be a skank and sleep with whoever and not use protection and decides to have one abortion after another, then I don't agree with that.

im not gonna lie i thought it was the worst thign you could do but after i got pregnant when i was on the pill and using protection i realized that i was in that situation and i had my whole life ahead of me so i got an abortion and i think about my baby everyday and how different my life would be i regret it and wish i could take it back, even though i had an abortion i still loved my baby and after i turned into a depressed angry person and i will never forget that baby and i feel so bad but i would rather be able to give my child everything than have have nothing and not be ready to love and care for my child and for the people who are against it if it was you on the other hand what would you do your opinions would be different if it happeend to you because i used to be one of those people who thought people were horrible for doign it but now i realize everyhting happens for a reason and there are two different paths in life and you make bad decisions and you will make good ones this was a good decision for my life but not for my heart i will think of my baby every day for the rest of my life

i don't have really strong beliefs about it being wrong or right because i have never been in that situation or know anyone that has been in that situation...there are a lot of ways to look at it...i believe that if it is endangering the mother or the child (tubular pregnancy) or rape, incest or anything like that the person should be able to have that option..but i don't think that abortion should be used as a form of birth control...meaning women go and have unprotected sex and then have an abortion time after time because they don't want to be pregnant...i think that women and teenagers should be very well educated on the topic and know the risks...for example...too many abortions can wear down the lining of the uterus making it harder for you to get pregnant as you get older...so it all depends on the circumstance...i dont' think people have the right to say whether it is right or wrong...even if religion says that it's murder...the person who has had the abortion will have to answer to their maker when the time comes...not the religious person who says it wrong...if you want to look at it from religions point of veiw...we were put on this earth with freedom to make our decisions..that is agency...and with agency comes consequences..i think its a personal decision and no one elses business but that persons...i would certainly like the option of abortion if something ever happens to me like rape...that's where i stand....i love that you've asked this question...email me if you want to talk more..one thing is for sure...the woman will have to live with it the rest of her life...right or wrong...

I think it is both good and bad!!
I am completely pro choice. However my personal belief FOR ME AND ME ONLY, is no abortion. However, I would NEVER pass judgment on any one who decides to get an abortion!!
I am thankful that women or young girls, are not dying left and right because of back ally abortion clinics. I am regretful that some women use it as a form of birth control.
Women are going to have abortions whether they are legal or not so lets try to keep them safe!!

F.Y.I. my cousin is the result of a rape...her mother chose to keep her because she was (baby) an innocent...My cousin has 4 children of her own and 1 grand baby on the way.

no! the child has a right to be here as you do. only if the child will have a terrible sickness,or to save the mamas life and in very early stages of pregnancy. someone who gets abortions who gets pregnant and does not want it,very wrong. some women do not need to be mothers,but should give them up for adoption. it is sad for women to let theirselves get pregnant when they do not want children. rape victims should be done early, but it is still sad to take a babies life. they have no defense in this issue whatsoever, and to think they can go up just like you did, maybe better, maybe worse. that is life! we do not know what life brings to us, we just have to make it better. she should take control of her body if she does not want to have a baby. i have 2 boys and 2 grandchildren, and they are the best thing that has ever happened in my life! some women cannot have children, and for someone to take a childs life is just wrong. my neice had 5 pregnancies and lost all of them, and she wants babies and cannot have any. i just do not understand why any women would want to kill their own flesh and blood. i know a girl that had one because she didn't like the way the father lived his life and his lifestyle, she said she was afraid the baby would act like the father. i get upset when i remember that.

I believe in a women having a choice. She has the choice to be with a boy, she has the choice to put herself in a situation were sex might happen, she has the choice to use birth control but she does Not have the right to kill a baby.

If you cant keep him/her, then adopt. America needs its morals back. And the American people need to take some responsibility for there actions.

The way our government is built (freedom everything...no exception even when it is MORALLY wrong) go for it! That's the political answer, but personally if you have made the decision to have sex UNPROTECTED sex at that or what the hay it may even be protected but you still made the decision to have sex I THINK you made you bed so you better lay in it! BUT if you were raped I think it is okay to have the day after pill available to them most definately. But all together i think abortion is wrong!!
