I really need help on how to get started in exercising, I work 40 hours a week and have 2 kids, 3 years old and 7 months. How can I get around and get the energy to start being health and exercise

well you see my friend she tells me everything and she said tht her period havent came yet and it missed a month..she didnt have sex.! she just told me tht her friend dared her to finger herself so she did it and when she did tht her period havent came yet? can you give me any advice why it didnt come so i can tell her?? please! and thank you!

I already have a list of physicians from my insurance but I am looking for personal recommendations. I blindly picked our new dentist from the list and it was a disater! I had to switch to find a new one that was decent and I wasted time and money.

Ok, so I found a lump below my ear 3 months ago- then 4 weeks ago I got sick- chest cold and nasal drip. I still have some wheezing and congestion in my chest but my cough is definately better- my ears however are still plugged with fluid and I am on my 2nd dose of antibiotics because the first ones did not take the lump down nor take away the bad cough. These antibiotics are not doing anything either- my cat scan said my lump was normal but my doc wants me to get a second opinion- but here is what really concerns me- I used to work out 1 hour and a half 6 days a week- and I cannot get through 15 min of cardio- I am soo winded and fatigued. I also black out a lot- and even when I get up slowly I will black out- some days are worse than others. I have been waiting to see an ENT doc- but has anyone else experienced this?

I use Neutrogena (not sure if I spelled that right) Oil-Free Acne Wash about once to twice a day and when I lather up my face and wash it, then dry it, this white crust appears around my nose and on my cheeks.

Also, when the air gets extremely dry, it comes back again or when it gets extremely cold.

What causes this?

I got braces 2 weeks ago. That day they put spacers in. Today i went back and got my actual molar bands put in. How long will i not be able to chew without my back teeth hurting? Please let me know anything else i can do to help my situtation being that thanksgiving is 3 days away.lol..

Firstly, I dont want to give up drinking all together

Secondly, I wont go to rehab or AA

Thirdly, I do drink alot and it sucks, any tips?

He was running a 103 fever yesterday, and today his testicle is really swelled up. We went to the er on halloween for the same symptoms and they said he was fine but by the time they looked at him (9hours later),st francias sucks!, he wasn't swelled up anymore. I've been trying to call his doctor's office but I can't get through. Does anyone know any reason for the swelling to be going and coming back with no injuries? Anyone know what to do?

So I started taking the pill on the 29th of October. I'm now on the sugar pills this week it should end Saturday so I start taking the active pills on Sunday so I only have to wait a month after I take them to start having sex without a condom right. I know it's safer with one but I only have to wait a month right? So would I still have to use a condom Saturday since it's my last sugar pill and then I don't have to use one Sunday b/c I'm starting the active pill again. Or can I not use a condom on Saturday b/c I'm starting the active pill on Sunday again? Thanks
