for example when performing oral sex. id like to know if ingesting it is ok.

If you are asking if it is safe to oral sex with a woman the answer is yes...as long as she does not have any vaginal infections, STDs, or HIV. Whether you want to or not is up to you. But if there are none of the above issues then it is safe and a very normal sexual activity between couples. Since you are on the computer and have access to the internet, go do some research on the things I mentioned and oral sex in general. Good luck.

In the terms of performing oral sex, then yes, vaginal secretions are safe to ingest, as long as the female is clean and disease/infection free. So, have fun!

Urine is, under most circumstances, sterile. But you wouldn't want to drink it.
ON THE OTHER HAND,..........Vaginal fluid is known to contain viruses, like HIV and Hepatitis A< B< C, Herpes Simplex and HPV.
Some vaginal fluid is also contaminated with clamidia and simple stuff like candidia.
But mostly it is a mucus and serous mixture with some nutrients and buffers designed to keep the vagina moist and prevent irritation. It also serves to mimimally provide some nutrients to the sperm on its short trip to the cervical opening of the uterus.
Most people wouldn't collect it in a glass and drink it. Most guys in Western culture don't seem to have too much trouble sampling a taste, if that is what you are asking?
Save it for your wife, kid.

This is a gross question. There is such a miniscule amount of fluid it wouldn't matter anyway. I wouldn't advise it if the female has an STD or active sex life.
