what kind of foods can i eat on the Atkins 20 carbohydrates diet? like can i have a list of foods becuase i need to lose 20 pounds and this seems like the only way because you cna lose weight rapidly on this diet. so please give me a list of foods i searched the internet and no results shown up!

hello I am a 38 year old male I am 5'10 and weight about 285 yesterday i seen a pcyciatrist and she said i have adhd she prescribed ritalin 20 mg twice a day and tegretol 200 mg 3 times a day. I took today both for the first time. I took them both at like 10am then I took the second dose at 12;30 I am wondering It actually feels like I have done coke I feel very talkative, active my mouth is moving like it does when doing coke and im gagging from cigerettes like I do when I am on coke. Those are my symtoms of coke and this is the same way im feeling now is it normal. And no im not a coke addict but I have tried it and no I cant call my doctor she is out of town. Thank you please help

it's pretty popular for women and men to get some part of their body waxed, these days, but I've never heard of a man having his beard waxed. I don't want to try it, but I am intellectually curious about it.

For the past several years I've been having "night terrors" and "nightmares". For example even though I don't watch or read horror or violence, my dreams are all about me being shot, stabbed , and eaten by zombies. I have been reading that if you are over 150 pounds that low dose birth control pills are less effective. I am on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and weigh 230 pounds. Sould I be extra careful? Should I switch to a higher dosage? Did any overweight women become pregnant on a low dosage?

I’m depressed and lonely, evem if I have a baby and a husband. I’m afraid for my child I’m afraid of wht the world holds for my child as I don’t think there’s anything here for us. This world is evil and cruel and if you don’t have the right sort of mentallit or drive there’s nothing here for you. What’s wrong with me is that I have no drive or dissapline to make anything of myself. I have no friends, never have really and I hate and distrust mostly everyone. Hello, Today I'm very sad because on Tuesday my sister was diagnosed with UTERINE CANCER and it was confirmed yesterday(Thursday). The doctors say it's too far beyond to remove the uterus, tubes and ovaries. My worry is that she got married like a year and a half ago and her husband's ex-wife died from the same, Can cancer be transmitted or some virus or bacteria that can cause cancer be transmitted sexually? I've been struggling with a medical problem since December 2004, shortly after I had food poisoning from undercooked chicken, but most doctors I've seen said these are allergies with an unknown cause. Symptoms are constant eye redness, dark bluish circles under eyes, some energy loss, pain in the back of my neck and head, and constant ear popping and pain (my ears rarely stop popping, and this has been going on for months!). I've seen mostly eye, ENT and allergy doctors and I've taken a number of anti-allergy things, but the only things which have been effective in improvement have been Augmentin (875MG) and TobraDex. I've moved to a different apartment, changed clothes and furniture, changed shampoo and soaps... everything I can think of. What's the next step for me?

I have sleep apnea. I wake up at least 10 times a night (that I know of)when the back of my throat closes up and I cant breath. Im spacey during the day and have a constant headache. Ive been prone to depression/anxiety in the past, and to make matters worse....i freak out when I jerk out of a dead sleep when I cant breath and it starts a panic attack. I called my doctor, but he cant see me for 2 weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this until I can make it to my appointment? Im scared.
