I bought this stuff call magnetic clay, and you're supposed to do a full body soak, or a foot bath, and its supposed to pull (I bought the one for mercury) toxins out of your body. They warn you to go slow. Has anybody tried this and has any type of benefit??

i haven't tried those particular items, but any type of clay product will pull out impurities. you know how clay can kind of separate when water is added to it? and how it can be kind of drying? the dynamic on the skin is the same. i can't explain it but i used to do facials. clay is great & does do this, but no more than a couple of times a week. it can make your skin produce more oil if you use it more than that.
banana also pulls out impurities. i'm not sure how. i think it has to do with enzymes.

p.s. if it says to do it slow, i have a feeling that there are other ingredients in that product that may be a little strong or concentrated. don't use it too often! good luck and have fun!! YAY for pretty skin!
