Atkins diets?

what kind of foods can i eat on the Atkins 20 carbohydrates diet? like can i have a list of foods becuase i need to lose 20 pounds and this seems like the only way because you cna lose weight rapidly on this diet. so please give me a list of foods i searched the internet and no results shown up!

Atkin's only works because you can not eat anything!
No caffeine No sugar No Fruit Very small amounts of Veggies of course no Bread, pasta, or anything with carbs in it. This diet puts you into an early liver failure which makes your body shed weight, once you eat ANYTHING you will gain back everything you lost. No diet is a quick fix. Sensible eating and exercise is the only real way to lose weight and keep it off!

before you totally decide on that diet. think about is this something I can do for life? probably not you need to learn to eat heathy and maintain. It's rumored he died from his own diet. I'm sure you can probably find a copy at a used book store or on line and it will give you the information you want. Losing fast only will set you up for failure, once you quit the diet the weight all comes back

Meat's, Vegetables, and that's about it. Mostly everything else that isn't advertised as low-carb is packed with carbs. Good luck. Remember to drink lots of water.

you can eat steak, most veggies. it is on the net. the first two weeks you eat, meats, no pasta, no corn, no peanuts its really not hard to keep it under 20 carbs, eat eggs, bacon salad is really important, and drink water, watch the dressings you use.
