Pickles are not a bad snack in terms of fat or sugar, but where you get into trouble is sodium. Pickles are extremely high in salt. What they might burn in calories they will make up for in water retention and/or increased blood pressure.

I think pickles are a wonderful idea. You can get your one serving of vegetable that you need. Pickles are low calorie snacks and are great if you are trying to lose or maintain weight. They also contain health benefits which can be very useful in life. Just make sure you don't snack on too many.

There are some those that say that we eat too many acidic ingredients, and that we favor to have an alkaline weight-loss plan to be healthful. They make all sorts of claims, from weight-loss to anti-ageing. besides the undeniable fact that, there's no information for this. and that i mean even a lot less information than there is for different diets. i don't believe of ingesting pickled ingredients will damage your weight-loss. once you're anxious about sodium and different preservatives, you may want to look into making your human being pickles. that is rather ordinary.

Be careful not to eat too many. The is a lot of salt in pickles and that will cause you to retain water which in turn will not help you lose weight.

Yes as long as sour variety and not sweet but they will make you retain water as they are high in sodium so in moderation.
