There is a herb called Bilberry that can cure you of night blindness. (Like the glare from head lights from on comming traffic.) It was used by the Brittish Air Force pilots durring WW1. They said it gave them better night vision. I tried it myself. It works.
Bilberry is inexpensive and can be found at any store that sells vitamins and herbs. (Walgreens, K-mart ect.)

Your Ophthalmologist can prescribe glasses that will cut down on the glare from headlights. There are also speically polarized lenses that help too. I do a lot of alternative medicine in my practice and I recommend taking Vitamin A, eating a lot of carrots, and beta carotene supplements which seem to help improve night vision. It works well on some people and not so well on others. You may want to consider it.
I hope this helped answer your question and I hope you find something to help you.
I personally use bioflavanoids and beta carotene because I have really bad night vision, with glare especially when it rains and it has helped me.
Best regards,
Warren Shaffer, M.D.

Check with an optometic dispenser like Lens Crafters or Wal-Mart. There are special coatings available to help with glare and reflection.

A good pair of shooting glasses will do well. They have yellow polarizing lenses. Any good sporting goods store will have them. If you wear prescription glasses you can get the clip on flip up type.

anything that's polarized will do the trick. They don't have to be expensive or from an eye doctor.
