I am using benylin, dry cough, non drowsy but it doesnt really help. Can anyone suggest anything that might relieve it better? Herbal or home remedy?

As we all know, doctors forbid pregnant women from being vegan. Eating a vegan diet during pregnancy can cause physical and mental birth defects. Although many women are aware that a vegan diet during pregnancy can cause birth defects, many do not realize that moderate—or even light— consumption of meat and dairy may protect the fetus.

I guess my real question is this. If a vegan diet is not good for a fetus, then how can it be good for adults?

I've been waiting a week so far but I haven't even been thinking about it. I almost had sex but I don't remember for sure if I did or not with this girl, At one point we were both naked I remember that but then I think I passed out, It was the stupidest thing I've ever done and I'm not even sure what happened I don't think there was pentration but still the first results that came back when I went to the clinic were positive for clamidia and Its rumoured that this girl may have been HIV positive. I have never had any other unprtected sex before and was completley suprised to find that I had anything I just went for peace of mind but it doesn't even seem real to me that I may be infected. If they tell me I am I won't know how to feel cause I'm already depressed. I don't even know if I would outlive my parents. WOul;d aprettiate all comments on this thanks.

I am very stressed! I have a stressful job, 2 small kids and the usual life stuff to deal with - don't we all....

How do people deal with stress when it builds up and you feel like you are going to explode - either into rage, myself into tears, etc.

I tried exercising but did not like it! Made me more tired and did not look forward to it.

Any suggestions/advice would be very welcome.

This is not a rant - I'm looking for serious answers to help. My wife cannot plan or visualise the outcomes of actions - C can think in terms of "happy" outcomes but not the stages required to achieve them. For example, Xmas is a happy outcome but C cannot see the steps and follow them through - eg buy the turkey, plan the guest list, send out invites etc. C always needs instant gratification - C will decide the re-decorate a room and go ahead and just buy the paint without consulting on her ideas. C knows this is a problem but she cannot help herself. C doesn't have other compulsive or addictive behavours. A more serious consequence is that our son has aspergers, and C cannot understand the linkage between what we do or don't do to help him now and how he will survive as an adult. C just hopes everything will be alright. I am the opposite (a planning freak) and so maybe I am too extreme the other way. Cdoes therapy, but I an not sure this is the only or best solution. Help please.

I know that I have ovarian cysts, and as far to my knowledge, one on each ovary. My last ultrasound was in September and the nurse said the biggest of the two was about pea-sized. They said to go a few months and see if they go away, and they haven't. I am almost positive they have been there for quite some time, possibly as long as 2 years, and I have been on birth control for 2 years, next month. The pain has increased greatly, especially in the past month, and I have an appt. Friday morning. If birth control is supposed to treat them/prevent them from forming, does anyone know what I might have to do to get rid of them? I have done some research and pretty much found surgery is the only way if birth control has not worked. Anyone with any experience/information for me?

i just can no get tired i mean i wake up at 8:30 in the morning everyday no naps during the day. i just can not get to sleep i lay in bed with lights off tv off and just lay there not getting any tireder. I DO get off the computer so that is not an answer. I tried Tynol pms that works little but i do not want to have to take them all the time bc i do not want to get immune to them or something. I just do not know what to do. I do not get tired until like 4 or 5 then i get up at 8:00am or 8:30 so i would think i would be tired. Please give me any ideas i DO want to sleep. I just cant fall asleep no matter how hard i try.
