Well, it depends. If you have a fever it could be a cold, flu, or a sinus infection, in which case you need to see a doctor for antibiotics. If you don't have a fever, it could just be allergies. I would suggest an over the counter antihistamine, such as benadryl. If the symptoms persist for more than a week or come back often, I would still see a doc.

sounds a lot like a common sinus infection that has spread to your throat most cold medications should help a few days most
likely if it persists see a physician

uve caught some virus..generally last about a week or so, better to get it checked by a doc
