What questions should you ask?
What is the best type, what's the minumum you should spend,
Will £2000 get both eyes done PROPERLY.
I have about £2000 to get laser treatment on my eyes, The sooner the better but I don't want a "cheap" job done .

I have been at this dialysis center since June 1. I really like all of the employees there as individuals, but as a team they leave alot to be desired. I left there 12 hours ago in tears. My nurse and my technician got into an argument over my treatment and both walked out of the bay. They came back with the clinic director whon told me what my options for treatment were and we went from there. I thought everything was fine, but the tension between them just got worse and by the end of the day I thought they were going to come to blows. This is not the first time these two have done this, but I'm the only patient they fight over. They are both very competent women and I genuinelt like them both. The center director says she wants them to work this out among themselves. I really think she should get involved because patients' stress levels are being effected. Everyone, not just me, is stressed out by their unprofessional behavior.

Please, serious answers only.

Right I have a problem. When I was young something bad happened to me, I thought I overcome it but I don't know anymore.

I don't seem to feel anything apart from love/care etc for my little girl.
I know I love/care for my hubby but thats it,nothing sexual.
I don't feel saddness,hate,love,guilt,like, for anything or anyone else anymore. I just don't feel anything and it is getting worse and I don't know why.
In the past I have been on loads of different pills they did'nt work.I did go and talk to someone and it is not for me.
I am always tired so I went to doc a few weeks ago.I had a blood test done and they checked everything and it was clear.
When I go to doc's they ask me questions on how I am feeling,I just say yes and no not sure of of what I am feeling.
For about 6mths this year I was on pills tryed loads nothing worked,they even gave me the strongest ones.

How can the doc help me?
What do I do?
Why is this happening?
Does anyone else have the same problem?

I've always read that gym buffs (particularly men) never get satisfied with their size ( the muscle mass gained) and always already feel small after only a day or two of not being able to work out.

I started with it last night,I ache all over-I have a splitting headache and 3 kids to look after.

I have to feel better by tomorrow as I'm learning to drive and I'm being mock tested.
