Yea i was wondering how ya know when u have a cold sore coming on , because i never really can tell and i need to know when i have one coming on!

YES, seriously take those vitimans daily, also even though it's expensive, if you feel one coming one, with the whole tingling, soreness, or itchyness start putting abreva on it as much as you can. Because this kills it.

A tingling, itchy and burning feeling. Sometimes, you can actually feel a heaviness in the area before it erupts. At first signs, dab with isopropyl alcohol, then keep on with this till it is gone. This keeps it dry, and makes it appear smaller.

you feel a little tingle on your lip...the next day the cold sore pops out. As soon as you feel this tingle, ice it. The coldness could halt the formation of cold sores.
