Dietary supplements maybe? o_0;

I wouldn't recommend bothering with any special weight-loss pills.... but to some extent having dietary supplements to get the minor nutritional extras you need (i.e. the things you don't need in bulk) could work. You'll still need plenty of protein though... and that means eating a fair amount of meat (or tons of beans... or quite possibly a lot of eggs.... or any combination of the above).

Then again, I'd recommend being a bit more general in your eating and compensating it by being more active.
Being active does NOT mean going to the gym. Only fools mess around with treadmills and weight-lifting stuffies. Smart people find more practicals means of exercising... like shifting furniture around to clean it, walking to get the shopping, etc. If you insist on going to a gym to lose weight then at least consider taking up a martial art.... since that can serve some practical purpose.

And winter is generally an easier time to lose weight because its colder. What people tell you about sweating weight out in the heat won't tend to be half as effective as staying out in the cold and forcing your body to burn up more energy keeping you warm.

Slimming pills are dangerous unless they have been recommended by a doctor. You really shouldnt take them. You can get herbal ones from a health store or even from a local gym ( i know my local gym sells them) these help break down the fat that the body takes in. Please dont take pills unless you see your doctor first very dangerous x

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

Something that has a bit of caffeiene and green tea in it. Look at the ingredients rather than picking one off the shelf without checking.

Herbal Life and Instone claim to have good stuff, but you got to use them with a healthy lifestyle, including a workout and cutting down on the 'bad foods'.

My suggestion?? Put on your sneaks and walk it off, cycling it off, BURN IT OFF!
Try Jane Fonda's series for aerobics on VCD's and DVD's. Its loads of fun... and fat will melt off.
