I'm don't think it's plastic surgery that you want. Reconstruction of that sort would be best handled by an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hands. An orthopedic surgeon would be the best person to have a look and tell you what can and can't reasonably be done to repair the finger. If it is merely the poor healing of the bone, then something could be possible. If there is extensive damage, then perhaps not. It would be the decision of the surgeon based on what he sees during the physical examination of the finger and his experience. No one here can tell you more than that, as we can't see your finger and are not experienced enough to tell. Go see an orthopedic surgeon for starters, and they can refer you to another specialist if needed.
