I have been going to the gym regularly and I was just wondering what food I should work into my diet and how often I should eat... etc.

I advise persons who want to slim down and those who want to gain weight to go in for yoga. Yoga activates the endocrine glands and refreshes the functioning of all the internal organs. If you are a slim person, you will gain more weight, for there will more appetite and better assimilation in your digestive system. Besides, you need to take adequate rest and sleep, which are required for growth of cells and tissues.

You can go to a health-food store, like GNC, and they have weight-gaining formulas. Working out, you're burning calories and you need to replace them. This stuff helps you do that.
