I cannot sleep deeply and often wake up tired even though i sleep for about 8 hours. I feel that my mind don't stop working even though i am asleep. Please help me.

Please do yoga, regularly early in the morning. Coupled with pranayama and meditation, it will certainly improve the quality of your sleep. The Bihar School of Yoga are teaching what is called 'yoga nidhra', which has a tremendous effect on your sleep.

Talk to the Doctor about having a sleep study. Google Sleep Apnea and see if you have any other symptoms. Excessive day time sleepiness is one of the main characteristics as well as high blood pressure, snoring and memory loss.

Try meditation or some form of (deep?) relaxation.
I did it and my sleep got amazing!! I got out of the habit though but I know it works.

Alcohol & Pills. Or what I'd honestly recommend as a safe natural way (if you don't mind breaking some minor laws) would be smoking some marijuana before bed it'll make you have nice dreams and stay asleep throughout the night.

*hugs* I know how you feel. The best thing to do is call a friend and talk until you cant anymore or just watch a movie with volume on low. Take a bath before going to bed with Lavender shower gel/bubble bath the Lavender really does relax you naturaly and I really like it. :)

listen to muisc therapy cds..alos do pranayams(yoga)..and u will sleep like a baby
