Well I do them a lot and I find that if you have stronger abs they're a lot easier to do. I tried doing them over a year ago, and it just didn't work for me. Then I got onto a regular working-out regime and started doing them regularly again, and it was easier. BUT then a guy told me that they don't help with your abs, but work your hip-flexors. Which one is it? Or is it both?

Can you get a contact high from?

sitting next to a person who reeks like pot?

Someone I know sat next to a person for at

least one hour during a class. Afterwards they were

hungry and then had a bad headache.Of course there is

no evidence that any pot had been smoked at all by this

person, and especially not during class.

Is it possible? Please help me figure this out.....

If someone had some pot in a bag on their person...
sitting in a seat.....
someone right behind them in the next row catches a wiff..
of an odor...
then it becomes stronger as time passes....and stronger...
then it is apparent that this odor is pot!!!!!!
After sitting in this enviroment exposed to this smell for 60 minutes could it be possibe to catch a high?
Can you have the same symtoms as a person who has smoked pot? Do you think any studies have been done regarding this type of situation?

My Legs are Numb?

I have already been to the doctors but they haven't a clue of why my legs are numb and aching. It started with the left leg from the hips to to the foot and I can just about move a toe but feels tired.
Now it's moved on to my right leg. Both legs are like pins and needles all the time.

I don't know what else to do since the doctor can't help.

Has anyone else experienced this and are back problems related.

don't you think, in this day and age, a lot of patients tend to self diagnose and treat themselves?

unless it is an emergency or needs surgical intervention..i mean, so much information is available in the internet, and because they want to save on doctor's fees?

my daughter has a rash on her arms and legs?

my 15 month old daughter has a little rash around the elbows going up arm and down arm also on her knee around the both sides of her knee, the rash is a bit bumpy, what could it be. could she be alergic to something or could it be heat rash.

Should I be able to masterbate?

I'm having sex with a man 57 yrs old once a week. He tells me he needs a week to "RELOAD". Is this for real?

I am a 52 yr. old women with a very active sexual libido. I need to have sex more than once a week. I love him very much so I have tried to be understanding of this... but I also have needs that have to be met. Is it true that when a man of his age has sex that it takes him another week to be able to become aroused again and be able to release his sperm? Or is just a big bul l#@%* story.??? I have open sores that have appeared on my body 3 times. They develop a clear scab ?

over them and then disappear. The sores don't hurt unless I pick the clear scabs off. One appeared on my upper arm, one on my back, and one on my buttocks. Is this a sign of a STD?

Implantation bleeding?

Ok, here's the deal, I haven't had a period in 3.5 months... And have very irregular periods...I had a dr's appointment 2 weeks ago. She said I wasn't pregnant but took blood to see what was going on. I go again tomorrow for my blood results. Also, she is giving me something so I start my period. Well, yesterday when I woke up and went to the bathroom, there was a slight pinkish tint to the TP, so I was excited and thought I was starting, but no period. Evertime I went to the bathroom, no more pink. Then this morning, same thing, pinkish tint, then nothing else. It only happens in the morning... What's going on?

PS: I HAVE NOT started the pill... when I have asked a similar question, everyone assume that I have.

Is it safe to take Tylenol PM just to get a little high?

I'm not a pill popper or anything, but I took 2 Tylenol PM pills an hour ago and I noticed this feeling of euphoria. I wanna lay down, but at the same time I don't because I like the effect. It's almost like weed. Is it ok to do this in moderation?

have itchy red rash like bites , started on shoulder , now on face down arms and hands?

has anyone else had this? nurse said allergic reaction! but to what ? started taking an antihistamine yesterday.How long will they take to work?Don't feel ill just stressed cos it's freaking me out .They are like tiny red itchy red spots a bit like chicken pox but it's not that.......HELP!!!!!!
