I have already been to the doctors but they haven't a clue of why my legs are numb and aching. It started with the left leg from the hips to to the foot and I can just about move a toe but feels tired.
Now it's moved on to my right leg. Both legs are like pins and needles all the time.

I don't know what else to do since the doctor can't help.

Has anyone else experienced this and are back problems related.

Your not having enough sex!!!!!
Go out and have sex. It will increase your circulation and help the knumbness in your legs go away, and help your cario system.
If it doesnt work, you havent lost anything.... have you?

I have had similar problems excpet i was only getting numb around my *** and a little on the top of my legs. I went to the doc and they werent sure either. turned out the the discs in my back were touching a nerve or something. Not sure what they are going to do but i guess i will find out on friday at my next appointment. im on anti inflamatory. Have you injured you back? is it sore? i would get a second opinion, you dont muck around with you back because if there is something wrong then you may end up far far worse.

You might have a case of carpel tunnel in your lower parts. One thing I will suggest is getting on juices, get a juicer for one thing, it always helps to prepare them. The other thing is to clean out your system, the digestive system, this is where all dis-ease begins, we eat a pile of, we know what in our lives, and it collects in the colon and starts to produce a breakdown in other parts of our bodies. Think of the colon as your hand or eye, you might have heard of eyeridology, or however it's spelled, I could look it up for the sake of spelling but I like to type, so I will just say all this! Each part of the colon represents a different part of the body, just like the hand, or some know better of the foot, the eye is the same way, so when there is blockage in an area of the colon there is illness in the part of the body that this part of the colon represents, this requires cleansing.

Go see an other doctor. It is probably lack of blood floor or a pinched nerve. Or it could be both? Go see an other doctor or bug the same doctor again be like test me. They have tests for many things the doctor probably though it was temporary. Tell him its getting worse.

It could also be your diet or fitness.

P.S atahsina might of meant "sciatica" not syatica.

Back problems could be related. It is possible that you have somthing applying pressure on a nerve etc, I would seek a second oponion from a bone and or nerve expert or maybe a chiropractorer.

You are sitting in a chair too long and the chair is too short. Cure, get up and force yourself to walk around for a minute every 1/2 hour.

please go to another doctor and insist on test and help. Ask if you might have M.S., or some type of paralysis. Ask to have your spine checked . They check for M.S. with a brain scan. Insist on a diagnosis before being dismissed.

Perhaps its something in the pelvis. Get the doctor to take a look at your pelvis, or visit a chiropractor.
