I'm not a pill popper or anything, but I took 2 Tylenol PM pills an hour ago and I noticed this feeling of euphoria. I wanna lay down, but at the same time I don't because I like the effect. It's almost like weed. Is it ok to do this in moderation?

Well, I don't suggest it. I took tylenol pm and it just kind of made me sick to my stomach, then I fell asleep. Maybe you bought some "with" pot in it.....Hmmmm. (Where's that store!) just kidding. But I think like anything else, if you start taking tylenol pm
for that "euphoric" feeling? It can actually make your body "think" it needs it. Up to you though...be careful, okay?

Tylenol PM is just tylenol (acetaminophen) with benedryl (diphyenhydramine hcl). Benedryl is an allergy medication or anti-histamine that makes you sleepy. It's the same medication that's in all the over-the-counter sleep meds. It's cheaper to just buy generic benedryl but if you get a "high" feeling, I'd only take one to start with and see how it effects you.

Tylenol PM is acetominophen with dyphenhydramine aka Benadryl in it. Since you are getting a feeling of Euphoria from it your body is not reacting normally to it so I would stay away from Bendadryl products until you talk to you doc the next time you see him. Mention the unusual reaction to him so he can make a note of it on your chart. For now I would not take any more products with this in it.

You are playing with fire. You will get addicted to that feeling of euphoria and that will lead you down a nasty dirty road.

Putting chemicals into your body for no medical reason is silly. You don't know what effect those chemicals will have later in life.

Tylenol causes liver damage. Do you think that might be the cause of your high? Or maybe you just wanted to get high and the placebo effect kicked in!

Taking two Tylenol is probably the normal dose.
What's in it that would make you feel that way?
Benedryl? If so, you could just take benedryl and skip the tylenol.

I do not know what Tylelonl PM is but if you begin to use something such as this on a regular basis, when you need it, you might end up taking more and then more.

well, overdosing is never safe, and using it in a manner other than its design probably isn't safe, either. i suppose it's like red lining your vehicle. not really supposed to, but folk'll still do it. so not really safe...but...ppl do it. smoking? getting drunk? it's in the same area.
